Exchange & Refund Policy
Exchanges
If you change your mind or received the wrong product, don’t worry — we’ve got you.
You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Just contact our customer support team and we’ll guide you through the process.
Exchanges can be made for another item of equal or lesser value.
Refunds
We’ll make sure your refund is quick and easy.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 4–7 business days.
Refunds are sent to your original payment method.
If you paid Cash on Delivery, our team will reach out to confirm your preferred refund option.
Video Proof
To help us sort out any issues faster, please record an unboxing video when you open your parcel — especially if something seems damaged or missing.
Exceptions
Some items can’t be returned or exchanged for hygiene or policy reasons:
Sale items, testers, and roll-ons (unless defective).
Any used or opened perfumes.
