You can pay through Cash on Delivery (COD) or secure online payment.

3. How long will delivery take?

Most orders reach customers within 2–5 business days, depending on your city.

4. Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Not yet — but we’re working on it! For now, FTJ Perfumes delivers only within Pakistan.

5. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Please share an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We’ll fix it as quickly as possible.

6. Can I return or exchange a perfume after using it?

Sorry, but once a perfume has been opened or sprayed, it can’t be returned or exchanged.

7. Are sale items or testers returnable?

No, sale items, testers, and roll-ons can’t be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective.
